He's the founder, producer, and editor of 3SFX Productions, which he's run since 2005, and previously served as Audio Continuity Coordinator at ESPN Radio.

Sterling has been producing podcasts since 2011, including the indoob! podcast and LoveBlerds, and he directs the WIHS Ministry Roundtable video podcast. In 2026, he created The WIHS Lounge, the station's invite-only long-form interview series. His video and graphic design work spans promos, short films, and church media, including design for Grace & Mercy Family Ministries.

At the end of the day, he wants to help you create something great.
